The Latvian open-data package lists maintained hydrometeorological warning resources. Start with one package metadata response and inspect five warning resource URLs; Riga warnings may be separate from wider regional warnings. A package listing alone is not a current warning.

  2. 2.Query the bounded CKAN package metadata endpoint once.
  3. 3.Fetch five warning metadata records from the exact named resource.
  4. 4.Match issue time, hazard, and locality in any current record.
